Manufacturing - Jobs
Turning plants into premium products.
In our state-of-the-art facilities, our manufacturing division handles extraction, formulation, and packaging. This department transforms raw flower into a variety of products, including concentrates, edibles, and pre-rolls.
Flower Packaging
Responsible for accurately weighing, labeling, and sealing cannabis flower into compliant retail-ready formats (eighths, quarters, ounces). These team members ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and freshness while maintaining strict cleanliness standards.
Package Designing
This role focuses on the creative and technical development of packaging for all product types. Designers work with brand and compliance teams to create labels that are not only eye-catching and aligned with brand identity, but also meet all state regulations for cannabis packaging.
Edible Production
Team members in this role craft a variety of cannabis-infused edibles such as gummies, chocolates, and baked goods. They follow precise recipes, infusion methods, and portion control procedures to ensure product consistency, safety, and potency across batches.
Extraction Technicians
These specialists operate sophisticated equipment to extract cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis biomass. They are responsible for producing high-quality oils, distillates, and concentrates through CO₂, hydrocarbon, or ethanol extraction methods — all under strict lab protocols.
Pre-Roll Manufacturing
Staff in this area manage the grinding, blending, and rolling of cannabis flower into pre-roll joints. They use semi-automated machinery or hand-filling processes to create perfectly packed, smooth-burning pre-rolls, often including infused or specialty SKUs.
Pre-Roll Packaging
Once the pre-rolls are produced, this team handles visual inspection, labeling, child-resistant packaging, and final prep for retail or wholesale delivery. Attention to compliance, tamper evidence, and visual quality is key.

Warehouse Associate
The operational backbone of the supply chain. Responsible for receiving, storing, and preparing cannabis products for shipment. Ensures accurate order picking, staging, and loading in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Inventory Specialist
Guardians of product accuracy and flow. Tracks all incoming and outgoing product across the warehouse. Maintains real-time inventory logs, conducts audits, and ensures records match state-mandated tracking systems like METRC.
Compliance Officer
Ensuring legal, secure, and ethical operations. Oversees all processes for regulatory adherence, from manifests and transport protocols to security procedures. Keeps all operations aligned with California cannabis laws and licensing standards.
Logistics Coordinator
Connecting product to retail and wholesale partners. Plans and manages transportation routes, schedules shipments, and communicates with drivers to ensure timely, secure deliveries throughout the state.

The face of the dispensary. Budtenders guide customers through product selections, offer cannabis education, and ensure each guest has a personalized, compliant, and welcoming experience.
Store Manager
Leader of day-to-day retail operations. Store Managers oversee staff, inventory, and customer service to ensure smooth business flow, regulatory compliance, and achievement of sales goals.
District Manager
Multi-location leadership role. District Managers supervise several retail locations, supporting store managers with strategy, compliance, staffing, and operational excellence across the region.
Sales Representative
Driving wholesale growth and retail partnerships. Sales reps build and maintain relationships with dispensaries, buyers, and distributors. They showcase The Syndicate's product catalog, manage orders, and help expand market reach through strong communication and product expertise.
Delivery Driver
Customer experience on wheels. Drivers deliver cannabis orders safely and discreetly to customers’ doors. They maintain logs, ensure ID verification, and represent The Syndicate brand on the road.
Delivery Dispatch
The coordination engine behind every drop. Dispatchers manage delivery logistics — assigning orders, routing drivers efficiently, and ensuring timely fulfillment with full regulatory compliance.
